This morning I spotted some new sitings of google testing of Adsense formats. This time they seem to be testing scrolling the iframe through multiple ads. It threw me off at first because i though that it was adbrite placing an overlay on the Google ads. But then they appeared in ads that come directly from the Google Adsense server.

I don't know about you but I am getting a bit tired of being Googles Adsense "guinea pig". Why don't they come out straight and ask me if I want my visitors to be subjects? Why don't they give any benefits for being a test site like free adwords or premium payment on CPC? Nope nothing. Just a bunch of ghostly appearances of functionality that makes it look as though something is wrong with my website.

Google does not seem to be consistent or transparent with information on these tests. The problem is that they are always "tests" and never reality. First it was the stupid "Ads by Gooooogle" which was irritating at the very best. Then for some site "ads by G". Then "show more ads" link which still seems to show up now and again. The other day I recieved a letter about rounded corner ads and video that never seems to work consistently. While Google does a lot of things right this stuff is crap. Nothing ever seems to stick. Like Gmail everything is in continuous beta. Newsflash! The beta trend is over. We are tired of beta and just want things to work. We especially don't want beta and changes that will likely effect our meager income we get for publishing Adsense.

So here they are more tests to been seen and not implemented. Remember if you see these elsewhere that the webmaster is not doing anything and it does not happen all the time.

Happy Publishing!
