Tobii Techonology has gone from a weekend project in moms basement to being on of Swedens fastest growing tech businesses. If everything goes according to plan, Tobiis eyetracker will soon be a computer standard.

The Tobii product line is built upon a technology that measures how vision moves over the surface of a monitor. This technic allows for movement by the the user. Older similar tchnology required that the user remain complete ly still. But Tobii those with injuries and are otherwise physically challenged can use the software and hardware easily.

Although patented the Tobii technology could be reproduced by a large electronics or software manfacturer like Microsoft or Logitech. This is one of the reason that the Tobii company has it eyes set on the Asian markets. With the right partnerships in Asia they might be able to release a mass marketed product and stem any competition that might pop up in the near future.
