In a conversiton with another website designer I came upon a situation that many are in. When asked him if he had upgraded to IE7 he said no, only on my laptop. The PC stays on IE6 until my customers change to IE7.

I could not help but to think that we as designers are partially reponsible for all the bad statistics concerning IE and other browser upgrades. We always have to have a machine around that is loaded with old browser software.
