Paypal IPN framework logging. This modules purpose is to remove alot of the bloat from "paypal aware" modules I have seen contributed to CVS lately. This module handles filtering and high performance logging to a relational database so that other module developers can use this "in place" database to handle events, track payments, calculate totals, ship packages, and whatever else the module developer can think of to do with the data. The module comes with filters, 'Verification Queueing', and a few other neat features. If planning to write a module that will use PayPal's Instant payment notifications, then you might want to investigate this module before re-inventing the wheel.
