Allows the user administrator to control access to nodes indirectly, by controlling which roles can access which categories.

The largest need for this module comes when the website administrator wants to make public and private forums. Since the Drupal forums containers and categories are controlled by the taxonomy.module the only way of securing them is by setting access control on the vocabulary terms being used for the forum.
