Description

When a comment on a node is edited there is no idication of the name or location of the node. This means that mistakes can be made when an administrator is approving or updating a comment. This patch is very important is you have been spammed and need to updated multiple comments on nodes that may have similar titles.

This bug still exists in Drupal 4.7 as the patch given here, which works perfectly was not committed.
